How long does the process take?
The
entire process takes about 8 working days which includes shipping.
Generally we can process a case in about 1-2 days depending on the
uniqueness of the case.

How
many times can I take an impression if I mess up?
As
many times as it takes. We believe that if we give the correct
information and provide enough instruction then you should be able to
take your own impression.
Will
I be charged shipping for retaking an impression?
I will send out 2 kits before charging.
In other words you will get 1 remake for free after your initial order.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes,
we are FDA approved and are able to ship overseas. The process takes a
little long and we are not liable for any customs delays.
Do you outsource your guards or do you manufacture them in house?
Everything
is completed in house with the exception of some vinyl images. We will send out for the print of the image only and it is completed
in the U.S.
Are your materials FDA approved?
Yes,
our material is purchased through one of the many dental supply
companies in the United States and all products are ADA (American
Dental Association) approved.
Whats comes with the mouth guard?
The
mouth guard, a case that has your logo or name on the outside,
instruction on how to place your lower bite in, invoices upon request, your cast work (in case you decide you want another guard).
Do
you keep the impression?
Yes, I keep impressions for 1 year in case you decide that you
would like another case completed. This way it decreases the cost which is passed on to you.
Do
you accept impressions from dentist?
Yes, if you provide us with an impression you will
receive 10% discount. If you provide us with cast work you will receive a 20% discount.
